Dose not know how to read plans ,after one year, I had to go to ROC to get help,
And had to hier another company to correct, failed compaction test, and bad grading Jake Harper had done,and also he had collected all his fees ,50%up front ,%50 when he said ,he was finished ,which he was not . Be aware
