    Henry is a very experienced general contractor. He gives you his honest opinion and suggestions to any problem or issue and won't recommend a solution just so he can do more work. His pricing is also very reasonable.

    The owner and his colleague did a great job- they replaced a steel door and frame and managed the details very well. I called about 5 different places, 3 declined to even try to do the job, and got 2 other estimates that were well above his - even Lowe’s couldn’t do the job. Give him 5 stars.

    I hired Henry to do a renovation of my 3-story townhouse.

    The project involve:
    1. dividing a larger jack-n-jill bathroom into two separate bathrooms, replace bathtub, build standing shower, and tile work
    2. plumbing work to add a 2nd toilet in new bathroom
    3. remodel the existing closet
    4. paint entire house's wall & ceiling
    5. vinyl & carpet install for floor and stairs

    It was a quite big project and we have talked to more than 7 contractors, price and timeline varies. Henry was able to get the job done with a very competitive price & timeline. While the project was in progress, covid hit the country and we were scrambling to have the project complete before our existing lease expires. Henry did a very good job in coordinate the project to make sure we are able to move forward with the construction in a safe & organized manner. In terms of the quality of work, we cannot be happier with the results. Also, Henry offer great warranty for the work. It has been months after we are done with the construction, and we called him couple times to address some minor issues and he is always very responsive and come over at his earliest convenience. Overall Henry is as very nice individual to work with and I would definitely hire him again to work with my other home project in the future.
