Avoid Marchellas Murphy and H&M Construction Property at all costs. We hired him for a bathroom renovation starting May 7, 2025, and it turned into a nightmare. We are senior citizens on a fixed income, and he took almost all our money -- then abandoned the job. Months later, we still have no cabinets, no countertops, and many unfinished or poorly done items. The little work he did complete was sloppy: Shower glass loose and leaking. Water pooling on shower seat due to bad slope. Missing vanity tops, missing cabinet pieces, and incomplete tile work. Trim gaps and toilets not secured to the floor. The state-licensed home inspector called the workmanship "very poor" and warned us to stop payments immediately. We also discovered he failed to pay subcontractors, putting us at risk of liens on our home. He ignored deadlines, vanished for long stretches, and showed no accountability. This wasn't just bad service -- it felt deliberate and exploitative. If you are considering hiring H&M Construction Property or Marchellas Murphy, don't. Protect yourself, your money, and your home.

H&M did everything we needed them to do to get occupancy on our building. They gave us a 2 week window and they delivered in 10 days. I would highly recommend H&M !
