    We had a massive flood and they had to reploace the flooring and cut and replace 12 inches of damage

    I agree with the comment above this one No itemized Paperwork showing labor hours and material Price was not as agreed upon This happened 2 years ago and they put a lien on our home over what they quoted and refuse to come out to repair the vinyl flooring they put in as it's coming up and they said it was 100% guaranteed but we have to pay off the loan they came up with and no invoice pricing was ever given Called 2 months ago regarding mold that was in the bathroom ad laundry room closet and was told that until we payed off the loan they wouldnt repair it and that they are construction and we had to contact our insurance to get the name of the company that they subcontracted and they didnt know the name of and then when we called regarding the flooring coming up we were told that again until the loan was paid they wouldn't come out then I told her that it was 100% guraranteed and then the girl changed her mind and said she would have Rick call us to come out. That didn't happen
    Also when the job was finished I was injured by slipping on the new floor and i tried to grab the bed and it moved away from me so I took a nasty fall tearing a 2 inch tear on the inside of my right hip and a 1 inch tear on the inside of my left hip because the workers forgot to put the bolts back on the bed to the headboard. I immediately went to the hospital this is still pending until I have surgery and at 72 will be a hard surgery so I suffer every day because of their neglect. I would not recommend this company as the girl that answers the phone is nasty to us. and shoddy work They did slap a lien on our home for a amount of money that was never agreed upon They will not send a invoice with materials and labor they used. They subcontracted other companies and then tell you they only do construction The workmanship is bad and even the painting was not the same color and sloopy. The floor was not layed correctly so theres alot of it coming up. The girl that answered the phone is very scary with her accusations that they don't know who the sub contractors are Pretty Shady and not wanting to repair anything till the loan is paid off is unthinkable. Hopefully they will honor the first quote and we pay $500 every month and never get a invoice on that. I asked the girl the other day why we didn't get a invoice after each payment and she said oh I sent one a couple of months ago really? We never got any invoice by mail or email.
    Really wouldn't you agree that this company should be looked into so no one else has to try and get repairs done and also putting a lien on your home for a different amount than was quoted. This company is located in Los Vegas Nevada Beware If they follow through and fix the problems and give invoices showing the labor and materials plus monthly invoices I will write a new review Doughtful lol And when they first come out they are so nice beware again

    Repair water damaged sheetrock and install floating floor
    $7,400

    Contractor was recommended by Sky Las Vegas HOA. Initial insurance estimate states baseboards were to be removed and slapped back on and painted. The job was unsatisfactory. Contractor failed to correct. Agreed to a partial adjustment which was not acceptable. The final bill is $400 more than the insurance estimate. Pergo States they need an itemized invoice to honor lifetime warranty. This contractor REFUSES to provide itemized invoice. Contractor continues to harass homeowner with threats of a"pre lien" and now claims he never removed and reset the baseboards despite the fact that his estimate for the insurance company clearly states that he will be removing and resetting the baseboards. Furthermore for several weeks now contractor has repeatedly admitted to removing and resetting the baseboards which resulted in damage to custom baseboards. Now he says he spoke with his employee and the employee says he never removed the baseboards so he is not going to claim responsibility for the damaged baseboards. This is just one of the problems I encountered with this contractor. There are many others that will take too long to explain. In good conscience I can never recommend this contractor.
