Founded in 1988 by Bruce Parton and S.D. Huffacker AIA, H P Associates Inc has served Southern California property owners for more than three decades. The company’s initial portfolio included commercial construction projects for clients such as Costco, Wells Fargo, Paramount Pictures, and Blue Cross. In 2003, Charles V. Riccardi Jr. joined the firm, redirecting its focus toward restoration services for fire, water, and other property damage. Today, H P Associates specializes in restoration and reconstruction for residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. Following the retirement of co-founder Bruce Parton in 2023, the company continues to handle a wide range of restoration projects, drawing on decades of experience in both commercial construction and property damage repair.
