I personally would like to commend Sky Builders ZHR as an amazing construction company. Being as I own an architectural and structural engineering firm, we get a lot of clients that look to continue forward and work with a reputable builders. I, as well and many of my client base, trusted Sky Builders ZHR to take on these construction projects. Zack and Robert are extremely professional, personable, and they always have the clients best intentions in mind. Whether it's a complex project or helping a client with picking a luxury line of finishes. These two have it covered. They also do a great job working together with us to minimize change orders during the design phase by keeping in mind client's budgets for additions or new ground up construction projects. From our first meeting until completion of work, Sky Builders ZHR (Zack and Robert) were attentive to the renovation plans and answered all of my questions.

They are calm and considerate, great managers of the work crews, and it was truly a pleasure to work with them. In the beginning, I was wondering if they were “too good to be true” . The quality of their work is proof of their experience, communication, and diligence.

My renovation took longer than initially planned, largely because my selection of appliances and materials took longer than expected, and required extra wait times for deliveries. Robert and Zack were quick to resume work as the materials arrived.

We had a very impractical galley style kitchen that we wanted remodeled to a wrap around kitchen with central island for cooktop and food prep. Zack and Robert not only exceeded our vision but did so with impeccable customer service, top notch quality, a very competitive cost and a personal touch that we have never experienced with other contractors. After the very first meeting, they both treated us as if we were family - addressing all challenges in a smooth and calm manner that took the edge off the natural stressors that come with an extensive remodel of a kitchen. The fact that both Zach and Robert have years of hands on experience in the construction business was an absolute plus, allowing them to address all questions with expertise - and in many cases taking care of some of the work themselves as needed. It is without hesitation that we highly recommend Sky Builders ZHR. We already have thoughts on our next big construction project and will absolutely be calling Zach and Robert when we are ready to begin! You will not regret working with Sky Builders ZHR!

We had to replace the roof on our ADU and swap out some skylights. Zach and his team were incredibly responsive, polite, efficient, and professional.
They set expectations appropriately, were in constant contact about scheduling, and finished the job early. They always made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making and made the whole process easy. By far the best contractor experience I have had in 10 years of home ownership. We just wrapped up a major remodeling project with Sky Builders - a complete remodel of our kitchen, both bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, and a few other smaller projects that weren't part of the original plan but we ended up adding on at the end because we trusted them to get the jobs done for us quickly and well. We're very happy with the process and thrilled with the results. Robert and Zach worked very hard to get our business and just as hard to make sure we were happy throughout the work and with the final result. I think their biggest selling points are their excellent communication and their organization. From the moment we signed the contract and they set up a group chat, we were in regular communication - often daily depending on where we were at with the work. We always felt like we knew what was going on what we could expect next. They were easy to reach, very responsive to any message or question, and were regularly on site to check on work and keep us up to date. I know they had other larger projects on the go but they always made us feel like our project was a priority. They have a great team (Carlos - such a nice guy!) and the place was always cleaned up at the end of the day. They paid close attention to the details and always seemed focused on making sure we were happy with the results. And, they're just really nice guys and a lot of fun to work with. They have our enthusiastic recommendation!

Zach came in for a site visit to review our project proposal. He was great, professional and very informative. We just had a lot of great options and went with another team. Would refer for other work.

Zac and Robert helped me fix a problem with my garage wall. Their price was very fair, and they solved the problem. No more worries! They are both great communicators and always took my calls. They personally stopped by at the conclusion of my job, did some final clean up, and made sure I was completely satisfied. They took the initiative to remove a comforter from my washing machine that had been stuck for months (saving me money)!!!

These guys really know their stuff! I had a major remodel at my house. Two bathrooms, flooring in multiple rooms, new doors and more. Very professional, punctual and all done very well. Honest, friendly and easy to work with, you won't be sorry. They are that good!

Me and my mom had major remodel done that included removing a wall to create open concept in kitchen and dining area. I received several quotes on my kitchen remodel. The most acceptable and most realistic was provided by Sky Builders. I also checked their recommendations and was amazed to see that they are a top company. The project started on time and it was the best remodeling experience I have ever had. I remodeled my master bath a year ago and I had a very bad experience with a different contractor so I decided to interview at least five companies. I have to say that Sky Builders did a fantastic job and I am completely satisfied with my new kitchen, the final price and the quality of the work.
