SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!. This person is a scam artist. Wish I read the review on Yelp before contacting him.
Bought a house with a pool, and my kids are so excited to enjoy their time. He goes by Mr. Perez approached and said he could help. Asked for $450 up front for payroll, did not show up a few times with excuses l. Then he came back and asked for an additional $500.
It felt fishy, so I did some digging and found out he had scammed several people before me. Nextdoor should delete him to prevent him from scamming everyone.
