    Name change did not improve quality of work

    This company was previously Harth and Son General Contracting. Harth and Sons had many negative reviews on Build Zoom. The name change caused these reviews to be removed. H & S Contracting is run by the same person, Charles Harth. The quality of work has not improved with the name change. Before hiring this company ask for and double check all references. Make sure they are legitimate. Get everything in writing, dated and signed. Do not advance money. Get and verify all receipts before turning over any cash. Check often on the progress of the work and take dated pictures along the way. I hired this company and did not take the aforementioned steps. I paid the consequences.
