Started a job and never completed it. He is now MIA and the job has issues. He said no permit was needed and it was. When we got the permit he swore he would fix all problems if any arose and he has not stood behind his word as the roof was not done properly and the sheet rocking and spackeling he did look awful with the tape falling off of the ceiling.
