Stay away. Very unreliable. Paid for a fence gate over 6 months ago and still have not seen it. Told we were entitled to gift card rebates for all the equipment we purchased. Not seen them. Was told our pool light , less than 6 months old, would be fixed. Never seen them again. Won't return my call. Save yourself the trouble.

Harry work was average. He is definitely unreliable. He has owed me a refrigerator for my pool patio for two years...He has never returned my phone call and continually changes his cell phone numbers....Do not let him install a pool for you or you will be sorry.....Another contractor scammer....That's what he is....

HS Landcrafters installed a Viking inground fiberglass pool and designed and installed a paver patio and a raised patio with roof. Although his work is beautiful he is unreliable and does not return phone calls or emails. Most recently he picked up the remote to our pool (cost us an extra $500 for the remote) because it stopped working properly (under warranty) and he has never replaced it as he said he was going to do, returned our old one and refuses to return our phone calls and emails. It has been 2 months and he said he would have a replacement in a week. I cannot recommend HS Landcrafters since a contractor is only as good as their word and they do not stand behind their word. My main concern is that if something goes wrong with my pool and equipment the warranty will mean nothing because I cannot get a hold of the contractor to stand behind their work. In addition Viking Pools has not returned our email regarding our warranty concerns.

Sloppy, unorganized, and Harry ultimately abandoned the job before it was finished. We hired Harry and his team in March 2017 to re-plaster my pool, replace the heater, decking, coping and tile, and to add a new water feature. We also hired him to replace a couple of retaining walls with new railroad ties.
The job was significantly delayed, and there were always excuses why the job wasn't getting done on time. Days and weeks would go by without any work getting done. We had to do our own research on the types of plaster and decking to use because the information coming from Harry was either confusing or just wrong. The plaster was completed with a large stain, and initially Harry blamed us for causing it, then later admitted it was the fault of his plastering contractor. Classy. He also claimed we'd be able to use our existing pool cover, but when he finished the new decking he neglected to install anchors so now there is no way to tie the cover down.
Harry's team had to replace an electrical receptacle for the pool heater and filter, and ended up knocking out the power to the backyard lighting. After numerous lawsuit threats and unanswered calls and emails, his electrician returned and repaired some of the lights, but not all. Harry then actually tried to charge me for that work. The retaining walls were done with large gaps and hardware and electrical writing exposed. A full month has gone by with my emails and phone calls left unreturned. Plus, he never explained how to operate the filter and pump, leaving us to hire another pool contractor to explain it to us.
Unquestionably the worst experience I have ever had with any home contractor.
