Unfortunately, another person is using HT Construction's state license number to do work in SF. HT is based in Los Angeles. The company has never conducted business in SF. I am working with a lawyer to resolve this issue. You may be of assistance in this matter.

Aweful contractor. This is the last contractor you want to hire. Their biggest issue is bad time management and managing project process. They have several projects at hands which already last for 5 years. It's incredible that they can always find excuses for not coming to the job site or not scheduling an inspection. They talk about difficulities of hammering down a nail on the wall, they complain about how hard to paint a wall and etc. After all complains, it takes years for them to finish the job. A definite no-to-hire!
