We just moved into the area and had a water leakage problem that we could not find. We called Herb and asked he come take a look at it and see what he could find out. He and John came right out and found the leak and fixed it. We really appreciated the prompt service and great customer care he practices. I would recommend this company for any of plumbing needs!!

My home was suddenly without hot water for my special needs son and I just before the holiday weekend. H2 promptly responded and sent out one of their crew who advised me to install a new unit, which he could do. I appreciated that. He then gave me only a rough cost and said his admin person would give final cost and install date.
Turns out they ordered it without me saying to, with no written authorization or order, and me not knowing any details, brand, warranty or exact install date, which suddenly became weeks out, leaving us with no hot water.
When I told them I needed to get anybody any sooner, they abruptly cancelled the never-written "order" and blamed me. When I tried to explain, their admin person threatened me with legal action, and when I informed her this was not going to get a positive review, she said I'd be paying her attorney fees if I posted a negative review
PRO - quick local response. CON - hard-sell then nasty attitude
I expect their work would be acceptable, but by their behavior I have reason to doubt. Use them only if you have little choice, and beware of predatory sales and pressure tactics.
