    Here is a breath of fresh air! I'm sure I'm not the only one that has been over-promised just to be disappointed when under-delivered.
    H2H... straight-shooting, no-nonsense contractors. If something can be done, they will tell you it can be done.
    Work by the book, no rounding-off corners.
    This is exactly what you want, to avoid nasty surprises after the fact.
