This company is horrible. They don’t follow though with anything they say that they will do. DENNIS JOHNSON Is a fraud. They were called Majestic Homes and changed the name to Hacienda Builders. They made my 1st home buying experience a bad one.

very poor quality of work. This company does rush work and some of it is my fault for being a first time home buyer. Cicero is full of it and they blame the realtors. Can't blame the realtors for not sealing windows or overlapping crown molding. I have a sprinkler aimed at my house. My door frame is crooked which I was told they fixed. This company was a month late on my closing.

This has got to be bordering on a criminal operation. On the house they built for me, The appraiser said that the slab was poured too thin and without adequate rebar and is already showing signs of cracking. When I attempt to contact them, I receive only a "secretary" that claims she doesn't know when Mr. Dennis Johnson will be back in the office. I sent a certified letter recently and I had that returned as "no such person or company" at that address where I had personally met him before i had my house built.
