This contractor was hired through Super Home Warranty and the level of service is terrible. The unit is 2 years old and has been intermittent since May. It is now the middle of September and it takes him weeks to respond. As I am typing this on Sept 17, it is 88 degrees in my house and no response from multiple calls and texts. With that said, I would not recommend Super as your Home Warranty Company either. Five service calls with weeks at a time of no AC should be unacceptable to anyone in Houston, specially when you pay a fee to prevent such situations. We have paid 800 dollars out of our own pocket earlier this summer to have Freon added only to be told we can’t be reimbursed because it must be the original repair company. Super and Hagen are both businesses I would avoid at all cost.
