Do not contract with Derek Hahn or any of his associates to do custom work for you. I hired him for a total remodel of a bathroom/laundry room. He needed to gut the rooms down to the stud. The gutting of the room was okay. Many finishing mistakes were made and he has left my job unfinished and now ignores my phone calls. I have a window that needs to be correctly installed a vanity that is not installed and leveled and no water to the sink. There are many painting errors and the tile floor had a couple of errors also. This person shows his PA license number, business address and business name on what appears to be a professional estimate. When entered his business name and license number in the PA. attorney data base there is no records found. This person has a Hanover, PA address but lives in Tawneytown, MD. I believe the Hanover address is a fake. My husband passed away last Jun and the stress has been overwhelming and this person and his brother only caused me more stress by being dishonest in my opinion. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general and I may file civil action against him and his company.

He put a new shower in for me and it leaked. Ruined my carpet in my bedroom. He said he would replace it but never did. I've tried to contact him but he never responds. I would not recommend him for any thing.
