I would not recommend Hakes Brothers. We chose them to build us a quality home and they hired sub par framers and used split wood. Foundation had blowouts on all sides. We had to cancel the contract due to poor quality and multiple issues as per our inspector and Hakes Brothers kept our deposit. Keeping our hard earned deposit I find to be morally and ethically wrong. Beware
