    Hal Spears from Ashland City. Great guy but I doubt if he'd want to work in Nashville again. I think he was only here in 2008-2011 because the housing market tanked. If he was working in town I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

    I loved Hal Spears. He did an excellent job and was very easy to work with, and ended up saving us some money. I had an addition put on a rental house. I tried to use him about a year and a half ago on another renovation on my own house, and I guess he was not available, as never heard back from him. But I did hear back from a friend that he was very busy with building new houses. Was disappointed that he did not respond back, but had to move on, and did end up finding another good contractor to do my work.
