    This is a follow-up. Our situation has now been corrected. Once we filed a complaint with the BBB as well as posting this review, the owner of Hallmark authorized the site supervisor to fix the issue. That was accomplished within 48 hours of the complaint. We are appreciative of our site supervisor, Brock, who has always been helpful and appreciative of the owner for finally doing the right thing.

    We love our home and will upgrade to three stars. Would have gotten four but nearly three months to even acknowledge the problem is not good customer service, and customer service and communication are everything.

    Would I recommend to someone else? Yes, but stay on top of things and document emails with the office and your agents, which we did.

    Horrible company . Built a home with them and it’s taken 6 months for them to address what they screwed up on my home.They are non responsive and have flat out said they can’t control their subcontractors. Zero customer service and it’s even worse after you sign on the dotted line. They get your money and ignore you. they raised the price of my home with no proof of their excuse for doing so. I asked for proof and they refused to give us any.Try reaching a supervisor or owner or anyone with authority, good luck. They don’t care. I will be posting pictures of everything soon as proof. We closed in December and it’s now May 30th. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE......BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
