    We paid Lowe's to do a remodel on our kitchen and Hallmark was the contractor. We wrote lowes a check for $37,000 and currently there is still a hole in our wall in the kitchen. The quality of Hallmark's work is very very poor. We are currently looking for a new contractor to redo a lot of the finish work. Yeah it's a pain in the tuckus.

    DO NOT USE HALLMARK COMPLETE!
    My kitchen cabinets were delivered the first week of July and it is now November and they still haven't finished the installation.
    The last four months have been nothing but excuses from both the installer and the scheduler, with each one blaming the other.
    Cabinets had to be reordered because of damage done by the installer. The scheduler said she ordered the latest batch of new materials on October 12th, but they still have not been delivered. Hallmark Complete said they will be sending a different installer out to fix everything, that was about a month ago.

    Hallmark Stone may be a great company, but Hallmark Complete is not.
    1st day of bathroom remodel
    - Estimated start date was 9/8/14, actual start date10/6/14. Excuse; 1 tile guy and he is in the military and has duty.
    - Estimated time for install 1 week, but when they called to schedule it became 2 weeks, excuse for that was the needed inspections that they don't include in their timeline.
    1st Day
    - Installation day start time 8am, 9am no still no installer. Then installer wants to know where I want him to store the tub, toilet, vanity, and other large items...I tell him I have no space for storage. He then goes behind my back to my son and ask to store them in my already cramped shed. I catch him and tell him no.
    - Installer complains that I didn't take down my towel racks that no one instructed me to do, they weren't being replace. Takes them down and no where to be found.
    - Installer then leaves because he has to go back to Home Depot to pick something up.
    - Installer taped cardboard to my floors, which would be okay except he taped my front door mat underneath and I had to force the door open.
    - Installer left a dripping toilet connection, which requires me to continually empty bucket or turn water main off.
    - Installer left at 2pm. He accomplished taking out my toilet, vanity and a couple of sections of tile.
    2nd Day
    - Project Mgr wants to know where he can store large items to be installed, after an unpleasant discussion and explanation that all contractors that I have used previously brought an enclosed trailer and left it at my home, he did call to see if one was available...that issue solved
    - Project Mgr now says I will be without a toilet for 11 days...original full installation was 7 days.
    - 10am, installer gone, no word on when anyone will return
