    Terrible and Unprofessional

    It pains me to have to even give one star. I had an estimate scheduled for Monday 10/19/15 at 6 pm with Tony and upon calling to confirm the appointment someone answered I began talking and then the phone disconnected. At that point I thought that maybe the call dropped. I called back several times and no one answered. I left a voice on the number listed above and here it is Wednesday 2 days later and no one has bothered to return my call. This caused a major inconvenience. We had our agent reschedule other things to be there and I cancelled an engagement to be there. I would think by now they could have at least called me back. But low and behold I called from a different numberand Tony answered. I was told his dog got hit by a car and he had to take him to the hospital. I absolutely understand that. But after speaking with him this morning the excuse I got for not at least giving me a courtesy call was he was too busy. I am highly dissappointed in the level of professionalism. Thanks for nothing. Word of mouth travels far.
