    Door Installation Measurement

    Were supposed to come do a measurement for installing a door in my home. First appointment was for between 1pm and 5pm. Contractor called at 5:15 and gave me attitude because I wasn't home when I was at home until 5pm and subsequently left. Measurement was rescheduled. Second appointment contractor never showed up. Never received a phone call that they wouldn't be coming. Received a call 5 days later from the company with some story about how their handheld device malfunctioned and they didn't know that they had any appointments for that day. I find it hard to believe that the measuring guy showed up to work that day and said "hmm, I guess I have no appointments today" and no one thought this was an issue, or that the handheld device is only place where their appointments are kept. When I tried to explain this to the man on the phone, he interrupted me and talked over me trying to force feed me this story. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Unfortunately, if you are doing business with Home Depot, you are stuck dealing with them. Try Lowe's or Menard's.

    Install front door

    I am very happy with my experience with this company. I had a new door installed and I am completely satisfied with the product and the professional staff. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the products and service. They are very professional and are very organized from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends
