We’ve worked with many subs over the years as we like to flip houses and I would have to say he was one of the worst. He subs it out to other guys and never steps foot on the job again to manage quality or schedule. His guys would show up extremely late, stay for 2 hours and leave which delayed our project. We went with him because he promised a certain schedule even though he was over $1000 more but in the end it ended up costing us over $3000 more and they were delayed. They left a HUGE mess and never cleaned up after themselves. I would never use him again. Not professional and too expensive for what you get.
