    My landlord requested that this company do an estimate on our furnace yesterday & once they set up an appt time, they were a no call no show...until I contacted them over an hr after, to find out what’s going on. at which time, after rescheduling my entire day to be there....they explained that their tech went to cumming by mistake first instead of coming on to us. After I explained that I would notify the landlord of the situation, they agreed to go ahead & have him come later that night...then shortly called back to tell us it would indeed have to be tomorrow & that they had a wrong phone number & couldn’t notify us, so it was our fault (even though they had the correct # when they set up the appt). I would need to reschedule my Xmas eve plans now as well, to accommodate their error...& proceeded to hang up on me when I told them I couldn’t meet them until afternoon because of a dialysis treatment that was scheduled in the morning.

    Sadly I wish it ended there, however....after contacting my landlord & telling them that I refused to set a new appt time, we were able to work out time. once the manager Fred final arrived the next morning to do the estimate (since it was Xmas eve)...as he tried to come in my door, I stopped him & notified him (from inside my screen door) that my mother had been transferred from her treatment to the hospital with a fever & our family had been placed into quarantine, so he would need to access the unit through the basement as opposed to the main house, which he did begrudgingly....then proceeded to contact my landlord again to tell her that I endangered him & his family by NOT telling him until he was inside the property...A BOLD FACED LIE!!

    I WILL NEVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL & IMORAL
