A survey provided by HEI was an exact copy from 2001 while there were modification done to the house, After informing HEI they were not exactly happy to producing a correct updated copy. The house measurement is now different from the 2 previous surveys. How does a stick built house shrink from one week? I would not recommend this company to anyone if you want accuracy. Customer service was cold not too polite or friendly. To charge $511.50 for a boundary survey and poor customer service is not the way I like to do business.
