Buyer Beware! I should have had my solar power on and running in JANUARY, but I have been jerked around until, End of March because of an error on their part. Meanwhile the permit expired, and a new one had to be filed. They could have fixed the problem in February but, NO THEY DIDN'T. I now have to wait until April 13 to have the problem resolved. Meanwhile I have made a payment on the solar panels that aren't even working, and paying electric bills I shouldn't have to be paying! Stay away from this company! I may have my Attorney took into the problem. I gave then a failing grade with the BBB1

Had a new metal roof installed Spring, 2020. Bad job , roof leaks. They engineered it poorly and you have to fight to get them to fix it! I've read other reviews now and others have had the same problem. Do not use this company. 35 years in the business doesn't mean you're good!

"Hammond DCB inc did the insulation for my roof. When they got the permit for the project they had it under the name of the previous homeowners of this address. The product itself was nice and it is up to the expectation that they gave me. The project did somehow end up taking longer than the original agreed upon timeframe because they failed due to the permit issues. I just wish that they would correct the name on the permit because I wanted the permit to be in my name as it was my right as the homeowner."

This review is a follow-up to one I wrote a month ago. I have been scammed by the Sales Rep Ket 100%. He sat at my table and told me exactly the system I needed for my panels and pool pump to heat my pool.
The installers where the worst they tore out my pool pump solar system, cut the wires and broke off my pipes which cost me $7500.00 and threw it in the garbage. They even installed broken panel on my roof.
I took over a month for someone to come out here-Fernando to look at my panels and replace the broken one. Fernando was AMAZING!
In the meantime the installers disconnected my pool system so my pool was not working for over 1 week. Finally I get an installer out here to install my pool pump and he was here 5 minutes. Didn't even do that right. I had water leaking from the pump for another week. Called customer service and Joseph helped me. AGAIN Joseph was AMAZING!
A field tech came out and he reinstalled my pool pump correctly. Thank you.
In the meantime we cannot go in the pool because I have no heater.
Today I get a call from Ket telling me Oh I am so sorry for the miscommunication but you need another type of pool pump to heat your pool. WHAT! You are the one who sold me the pump that got installed. Now your telling me I have to buy another pool pump! You people messed up from the get go.
If I could rewind and have them take there panels back I would! I REGRET getting these panels with AKE. There are sooo many solar companies out there that would have handled all of this more professionally.
60,000.00 for panels and a pool pump and AKE expects me to pay them more money for a pool pump that will heat my pool. NEWS FLASH. I am expecting the correct pool pump installed!
I need to get some king of advise because I am out a great deal of money and still my panels aren't working!
