We apologize your experience didn’t meet your expectations for building your new home as financing was unable to be obtained as you expected. We did continue to move forward with our standard timeline outlined in your building contract until we received communication to do otherwise and halted. All throughout our communication there were multiple "check-ins" about your financing etc. At any time there was no cancellation of the contract discussed. As such we continued to follow the contract guidelines to not delay or stop prematurely without your communication to do so. We are truly sorry we were not able to continue and build your new home for you.

We would recommend them very positively.They were great to work with and customized our home exactly the way we wanted. We checked them out along with several other builders, before hand, and they came out on top. We were not disappointed. Having had business dealings of our own for about fifty years we were very pleased indeed.

Please, be careful when you decide to build with this Company. After you sign your contract they will expend all your deposit and they will charge you more for the working hours. In our case, our construction loan was not finally approved. They knew that things were not marching well, but they insisted on keep moving the process to permitting. As I said before, at the end, they expended our deposit money and charged us more on top. I will not do anything else with them, and we will not recommend them to anyone.
