I would definitely recommend using this company. A very professional company. I was happy with the work that was performed, and it was completed on time and on budget. I plan on continuing working with them on several other projects in the near future. Thanks for doing great work!

Last year in October I used Hamza Construction for roofing work. They did a good job. A Family referred this company to me and highly recommended them. I was satisfied with the job. So on April 24 2022 I decided to use Hamza Construction Company to remove sheet rock from my basement and put new concrete floors down. Mr. Hamza gave me a proposal of all the work that needed to be done. When it came down to replacing the old floors with new concrete, the work was horrible and unfinished. It was a nightmare. Now you would think he specializes in cement work right? Oh no the floors were not done in accordance to the signed propsal/contract. His workers did not dig up the old concrete like Mr. Ali said they would but instead poured new cement on top of the old one. On this particular day of them doing the concrete, i had a doctors appointment and wasnt able to watch them like i normally do. The reason i had to watch them is because Mr. Ali left from the site. The workers made the level of the floor higher and to thick. They covered up important pipes. You would have to step down to enter into the bathroom and the bathroom door was not able to close. When Mr. Ali came back he stated that he saw the problem and that he would fix it. The next day my plumber came by because he had to put in new plumbing heating pipes in the hallway and kitchen area; but because some of the pipes were now in cement (for the heating system in basement) ; new pipes had to be put in because the other ones were covered and dried in cement. Which made another extra expense for me. When I tried to contact Mr. Ali to fix the problem because the basement was not completed, he blocked my calls. Two days later he stated he was coming back and to write out another check for him. He said he would return in two days but he was allowing the plumber to finish his work but he never came back. Now remember Mr. Ali had his workers remove all the sheet rock from the basement with all the areas being completely opened. And now the cement floors were starting to crack. Mr. Ali received a 1st down-payment for the job. I am in the process of looking for a new contractor to fix and finish the job. He left a basement unfinished and damaged cement floors. I have sent several messages to Hamza Construction Company by Whats app, email, text and voice messages. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau, 311 and whoever else I can regarding this matter. I am very surprised at Mr. Ali because I was a regular client before with his business but I am completely disappointed. And to think my neighbors wanted to use this company, but after seeing what he left behind they said "No Way". I expected quality service from him. I have left voice mail and text messages for Mr. Ali to be professional and to answer my calls so we can address this issue with immediate attention
