Hanco built a home for my family and gave us the home of our dreams. It was out please take experience and a open line of communication was important to my husband and I. If you want a builder that does what they say, this is the one!

Worst construction company ever! A big list of concerns with the construction of my home and many others in the neighborhood, from cracked floor tile, cracked walls, exposed wiring, siding falling off, roof issues, cracked driveways, and many other issues. He is not a man of his word, even controls our HOA, with no one in the neighborhood on the board, controls our money and sends out a bogus budget once a year, refuses to hold an HOA meeting with members of the community. If you want your house built corectly choose another company!
