My experience with Hanco of SC INC is one of disappointment. The workmanship of my newly built suggests that quality assessment and quality control is not part of their vocabulary. They are so incompetent that they even left bar code sticks on my staircase spindles. How slack is that.

Not Reliable! They don't stand by their word. We had our walk through a week prior to closing and none of the work was completed on closing day that we noted and needed finished or repaired. The day we moved in Hanco was rushing to get things done. Made our move-in day more hectic then it needed to be. Still waiting on repairs and we are a month in. Hanco representative does not follow through on her commitment! Terrible Customer Service.
