    We had a terrible experience with Hancock Custom Homes. The home itself is fairly well built but the follow up by the builder is horrible. Took a year and half to finish a punch list. Has left us hanging with a driveway that was faulty from day one. In hindsight, we should have held money back at closing and perhaps we would have been satisfied. I do not recommend anyone using this builder.

    Hancock did the siding at our home with Reeves custom homes and installed it incorrectly. All the siding is cracking and had to hire someone on our own dollar to fix it. When I called him and asked for compensation he called me a name I won’t repeat and was very unprofessional and refused to help. They also used press board on our baseboards that started pulling out. Would not recommend. 74 Hammock Watch way. They both willl act like they are awesome. Don’t trust them.
