FYI: I had contacted Handy Help Homes (a Boone County small contractor) privately prior to contacting Build Zoom. He visited site and over a three day period we traded numerous texts messages regarding my project. He submitted a price to me for consideration. On April 9, I asked him to revise price for a smaller deck size. I had no response from him until today April 18th. Today I texted him to ask if he had interest in my project. After nine days of silence he indicated today that he would "pass" as he had to much work. Would have been nice to have had some notice.
