POSTED REQUEST FOR ESTIMATES FOR WORK ON 6/25/2014 DAY OR SO LATER GOT CONTACT FEM THEM ARRANGED TIME,DAY FOR ESTIMATE TO BE DONE, CONTACTED THEM WEEK LATER AS I HAD NOT RECEIVED ESTIMATE, SAID IT WOULD BE RESENT. AS OF AUG 22 2014 STILL NO ESTIMATE RECEIVED AND NO FOLLOW-UP CALL EITHER.
NOT SURE I WOULD USE THEM IF THEY CANT EVEN DO THE ESTIMATE AND GET IT TO ME IN A FEW DAYS. NO CALL BACK MEANS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MU OPINION AVOID THEM.
