  Roman, of Handyman Kings, walked out on our remodel job after 6 months of what should have been a 6 week project. He was unreliable, dishonest, and his workmanship was less than "quality" as he had promised! STOP! FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR! And save yourself the frustration and money we suffered through!!

  Master bedroom

  It started off ok and went down hill. We were told the job would take 4 months, max. 6 months. Still not finished, over a year later. He has not completed work we paid him for and does not return calls. Not impressed with workmanship. Would not recommend him for any type of job, small or large.

  I'm still waiting on him I paid Roman, to do some work on my mother's home in Carson, so we are selling it , the home inspection man gave us a list of things to do, I paid Roman 800, hundred more than half of 1300, now because now inspector went back and nothing has been done, Roman will not even answer any of my calls emails. I really trusted this man, he had really done a good job of renovation with my mom's house, my mom had dementia and her home was really in bad shape,but Roman made it new again, now that my mom has passed away, we are trying to sell , Roman if your out there please come and finish the work you were hired to do.

  I invested about $18,000 with Handyman Kings. This investment covered a complete landscaping makeover, hardwood floors, paint and some minor electrical work.

  To keep it short, my floors took almost 6 months to install, and they tried to close the contract with hols in my floor, baseboards that were unaligned, and a host of other eye sores. I requested they repair the issues, and I am still waiting for all items to be completed.

  Of the $18,000, $6,400 went into my landscaping. This included new sprinklers, grass and other cosmetic items. My yard has completely died. In fact, most of the sprinker heads are already broken. Adding insult to injury, I paid this company $120 a month to take care of my lawn. They came once in August, only once. My sprinklers were spraying my neighbor's house, and hitting my own house and flooding my porch, and creating mold within one of my windows. There isn't even grass in that area. To top it off, there was no draining system in place, so I had severe flooding of which washed into the front sidewalk, and created a sort of slime all over the front of my house. I had to pay twice what I paid Handyman Kings to another contractor to repair all of the damages they caused.

  Roman, the man I was contracting, still calls me today asking for a final payment of $500. What a joke. I requested to do a walkthrough of my home with him before I paid him, to show him what a mess his people left behind and, after taking time off work to accomidate his schedule, he cancelled at the last minute.

  These people will not respect their home. Please do not feed this animal. Doing so will only make it easier for them to ruin more people's homes and possibly their lives.
