Where to begin...
Aaron McCoy...
I was looking for a handyman to do a quick amd easy installation job so Aaron was the first to respond, he quoted me a seemingly good price and said he could start and finish the job the next day.
Well, I texted him the following day to confirm he was on his way 15 minutes prior to the agreed upon time, he said he couldn't do it because he just got into town late the last night so he would do it the following day, we made arrangements for him to come the next day at 8am. Sure enough 8am comes around and I hadn't heard from him and he didn't show up, I get a text from him 30 minutes later saying he will come in 2 hours, and 2 hours comes along once again he doesn't call or text so I text him AGAIN' at this point I feel like I'm bothering him but my fiancee and I are hot in our apartment and we need this done, unbelievably he says he'll be here at 1pm, and do you think he calls or texts and lets me know once again he's not coming? Of course not! So he says ONCE AGAIN that he will come at 3:45 the same day, ill let you guess for a minute if he shows up/calls or texts...HE DOESNT, I should have just given up and went to somebody else, he told me at this point 5 times he was gonna be here but dodged and ignored me each time, he said sorry made up another excuse and promised to come by the next day at 9am (now 3 days later) to do a quick and easy installation.
The next morning I wake up EARLY to make sure he's almost here, no response for about 30 minutes after 9am then he texts me once again amd says he can come in another hour and a half, does he call/text or show up fpr the seventh time he said? No he does not. I learned my lesson now, I looked his number up after that to see, imagine this, several reviews of the same exact experience I had, STAY AWAY FROM HANDYMAN NORTHWEST LLC AND AARON MCCOY.

We hired him to re do our shower. The job turned into a $10k price tag. The floor under our bathroom had to be redone because of dry rot. He promised to get me the pictures and videos he took so I could file a claim against our home inspector that missed that dry rot. It never happened. My husband got ill and was hospitalized the day we were suppose to move into our new house. I called Aaron and begged him to please put the toilet in at least so we would have a working bathroom. That took him another 10 days (we also have my 82 yr old mother in law that resides with us). So here we are 45 days later and my shower and bathroom are still unfinished. My husband calls him every day and each day he promises to be here and he doesn't show. He did not seal the tile on my bathroom floor, as he said he did. My toilet leaks and the finish on the shower is not complete. Do NOT hire this guy. Lots of empty promises.
