We have never met Peter in person, but he has handled a number of issues with our rental properties in Riverside. We live in OC, so most of the time it is difficult to get to Riverside to handle issues. Peter has ALWAYS handles these issues on our behalf and dealt with our tenants in a courteous manner. He is the best, and he always comes through for us. He is efficient, responsive, and very reasonable.

Had hired Peter Vanderlinde to remodel our kitchen. It had not been up dated since the 70’s ?.
After he finished our friends and family were wowed when they seen the kitchen described it as impressive. We had him return to do some upgrades in our guest bathroom as well.
I have to admit I have had a couple experience with people we have hired and been disappointed when they didn’t delivery what they said they could do and there for I was apprehensive.
Peter has changed that for me and I was impressed by his honest and the fact that he will tell you what he can do and what he can’t. That to me is what I am looking for when we hire someone to do a job especially high dollar remodel like this. I love my beautiful kitchen and bathroom. I have placed his number in my when I need something done call Peter we highly recommend Him.

I had first contacted Peter to install a safety rail at my parents' house. He gave me good information and asked good questions regarding the project. He did a good job for my parents.
I then hired him to build a gate for my front porch. We talked about what I wanted. Peter kept in contact with me over the course of the project. I am very happy with my gate. It allows me to reclaim my front porch by giving me some privacy and discouraging easy access to my house. A bonus, I can sit on the porch with my dog without worrying that he will get out.
I can recommend Peter. He responds quickly, gives a fair price, works quickly and cleanly.
I will definitely use his services again when I need a handyman.
