  replace smoke detectors plus other minor home repairs

  $180

  We had a list of home repair projects and all the smoke detectors needed to be replaced. Jon and Josh were here on time, got right to work, and within an hour had replaced all smoke detectors (hard wired) and done everything on the list. Very nice guys, very reasonable fees. I took their pamphlet to give to our son for his house repairs. Will also recommend them to our neighbors.

  Magnetic strip on bottom door of refrigerator.

  $0

  John, the Handyman, just left here. I had magnetic trim in my refrigerator that was loose. I thought he'd need to go to Home Depot or something to get a magnetic strip and then measure and cut and glue it, but he got down on his knees and checked it first and saw that the strip was out of a groove and he just put it back in. Now the fridge is fine, and get this, he charged me NOTHING.

  Free or not free I would definitely recommend John of Handyman Xpress Services. Very honest and sincere. Big smile and really nice guy.

  Build me a new exterior six foot wooden gate, remove old stairs and rotting porch and put in new ste

  I had an excellent experience. Good folks. Came out to look at the job first, gave me a good estimate for building a new outside gate and two sets of stairs. They did a great job. Enjoyed chatting with them as they worked. It has taken me about a year to get someone to actually come out and do this work. So glad I found them.

  Handicap ramp in our garage.

  We hired Jon and Josh to install a ramp in our garage to our house entrance. Leading up to the actual JOB. First thing they did was return our call. Second thing they did was show up when they said, to give us an estimate. Third thing they did was show up when they said they would. very pleased with the process. Did an excellent JOB. Thank you Jon and Josh.

  4 step staircase

  Jon, and his son Josh, came to our house to install a small 4 step staircase for the backdoor of our house. They did an excellent job!! They showed up when they said they would and worked until the job was done. No fooling around. Both of them were very professional yet friendly when it came to answering questions. I highly recommend Handyman Xpress for all your needs. If they can't do the job, they will give recommendations of someone who can.

  replace garage door seals and main door weatherstripping

  needed to replace seals around garage doors and gasket on main door.
  Jonathan and his son completed job very efficiently. I would highly recommend this service. They actually left to get the correct seals rather than trying to make it work with what they had and still had job done in a reasonable time.

  The work done by Jonathan (and his son) was perfectly done quickly; and at a more-than-reasonable price. Customer service was exemplary. I will trust him for my future "to-do list" projects. [Hung a 65" flat screen TV about 10' off the floor in a cathedral ceiling area of our home.]

  Kitchen light fixture replacement
