Handy's Heating installed my electric furnace on 18 Feb but they didn't have a heat pump. They assured me they'd have it for me within a week. It is now 10 March and though I've spoken to them by phone on two occasions and was told during my last call that they would come to my home on Monday, 7 March, they didn't show up. NOT good or reliable service.
