The work they did could not have been permitted because it would never pass, wires hanging everywhere not in a junction box, plumbing was a joke, relocated the clothes dryer vent and screwed a board over the outside, I can provide pictures for anyone that wants to see what kind of work has been done

Please please please stay away from this company!!! I just bought a house that he supposedly did work on the garage ceiling that had a water spot that was indication of some roof leak. I had the previous owner to have it fixed before I bought the house. Well let’s just say it wasn’t fixed. He sprayed some over the water spot that was on the ceiling which made it look like it was fixed but it wasn’t. It started leaking and I contacted him and he came out and looked and said he couldn’t find where it was leaking at. So he sprayed some flex seal around the roof and told me if it leaked again he would get a actual roofer out and look at it. So when it rained...it leaked again. So I messaged him after that and he told me that it wasn’t something he worked on after I showed him paper work and all. I have also messaged him 3/4 times after that to try and get this situation fixed but no replies. He is not a man of his work and he will just take your money and run like he did the older lady that was selling the house. Now I have a leaking ceiling but I’m looking to take further actions. Please stay away!!!!!

I bought a house a few months ago and instantly had hot water heater leaks. Had him come to fix the leaks, but they were still leaking after he “fixed” them. He said it was a bad water heater, so I had him replace it. He then stuck a PVC pipe as the exhaust pipe out of my roof instead of using the original one and it looks ghetto. Not to mention, I still have leaks from the inlet pipe as well as a new leak in my roof because he didn’t seal the new exhaust pipe. I have tried to get him to fix it multiple times, but now he doesn’t seem to respond. Scam.
