This is owned by Thomas Harrison who works with his brother William Harrison who was recently arrested in Dover, DE for scams (google search his name) the owner of Best Buy Paving or whatever it's called that day. You will likely find no fixed address for this business. An the comments by browndog are likely accurate.

hanks paving did me a great job they came in grad it my road then paved the cost was 2.50 per sqft but the did a great job the youmg men that sold the job to me was a very smart and good looking man he told me how everything was going to go in he did just what he said his dad should be proud of him

Solicites elderly people via walk ups and over charges. These guys knocked on my 89 year old grandparents door, solicited their service of sealcoating the driveway (without a pemit to do so in the area)and charged them $800 for a twenty minute job that should cost no more than $150 to $200 tops. The check was cashed befor the job was complete and made out to the guys name not the companies.Not to mention that the driveway is less than a week old and should not be sealed for a year(90 days at a min). These guys are traveling contractors that prey on the innocent. So please ignor any walk up contractors and report to Attorny Generals office if you are already a victim.

Called up to get paving done. Person who answered did so in a confused manner without stating the name of the business, just "Hello?" like they were surprised someone was calling. Right there I had alarm bells go off. When I asked who I needed to talk to to get paving work done whoever answered the phone hung up on me. I tried calling back a couple times but they let it go to voice mail.
Really surprised that a legitimate company would hang up on an opportunity to get business, I looked online and now I see here that apparently they did me a favor by hanging up on me.
