    We have been trying to get our plans done for several months and this company continues to change them over and over. Every time we here from them it’s more money is needed but nothing gets done. Still no plans and now we’re told we have to pay for something that their contract says our original price covered. So I guess it’s off to court I go to Sue for something I’ve paid for and never received.

    After meeting Josh from Hanks we felt at ease with all the decisions we was making. He helped me to envision the kitchen that we were creating. He came did measurements and went over all the information right there for my wife and I. Josh answered all our questions and left us feeling reassured about the journey we were taking. In the end, we absolutely love our kitchen upgrade and it was done on time!

    Wanted to take the time to give my recommendations for Hanks Construction. A friend suggested I use them for my upstairs bedroom addition. The customer service is great and my project manager Jason was fantastic. They really do beautiful work and I am very pleased.     I cant recommend Hanks Construction for their price it was not the lowest, I choose to work with them due to the fact that they had 40 years of experience.
    The way I obtained the information of the company was through a banner they put at my neighbor's project so I could see the process with my own eyes it was fast and in 3 months they finished their job and they were happy so i decided to not take the chance and pay the extra as long as i got the same quality of job as my neighbor's.
    It was very disappointing that they didn't want to match my other estimates and i think they took advantage of me seeing a final product that I really liked so they didn't budge on the price.
    This company is very expensive but if "a peace of mind" is what you looking for and you have the budget for it only than i can recommend them for you.
    It was a smooth sailing their was no need for me to manage or babysit like I needed to do in the past with other contractors.
    Bottom line I paid more than I should just to not take the risk of failure I knew with them the results would be for my satisfaction.
    Don't hire them for projects you can do on your own hire them only for the complicated detailed jobs.

    Price wise they were somewhere in the middle quality wise I couldn't expect for more. They were on time and on budget very detailed and clean job. I would highly recommend them for bigger scale and complicated projects since you can find for the simple project most likely a cheaper contractor.

    I definitely recommend Hanks Construction for any new room additions to any home or to new homes in general. It's always great when you get your money's worth.
