We had Hanna Electric recommended to us by the company installing our new air conditioning unit. We contacted Hanna and they came right out within a couple days to estimate what it would take to replace our old electric panel and hookup the AC. The price seemed completely reasonable and they thought the could get to it within 2 weeks. Sounded great, so we asked to move ahead. About 10 days later I got a message that they were struggling to get some parts and needed to delay some. Everyone has been facing part shortage so this seemed reasonable.
Two weeks later I called the technician that had bid the job, but was not able to connect with him. Two weeks later again I tried calling him again and again was not able to in touch with him. I left voicemails with both calls but never a response. A week later I called the owner of the company and he quickly moved to get things in place for the project to happen.
About a week later, the technician was at the house to complete the project. He seemed to work very fast and completely things in about 5 hours. Unfortunately, in the process he manually opened our garage door as he has shut power off to the house, but in so doing broke the alignment of the motor. Additionally, when he cut the whole for the new panel he made it much larger than needed and never patched the whole he made. He never said anything to us before leaving. When I brought this up with the owner he just ignored the issues and acted like this is their normal operating procedures. While their price was fair, the pride in the work and professionalism was lacking.
