Five years ago we hired Hanson to do a number of things in our larger condo. He did everything well, HOWEVER, when floor tile he laid buckled across six large tiles, and he would not stand behind his work, we have not used him since. We have spent another $70,000 in the condo since then redoing the kitchen and bathrooms. We sent a bill for $300 charged by a tile setter to come in and repair Hanson's work, and sent Hanson the bill. Of course Hanson ignored the bill and never corresponded or even apologized. I clearly would recommend finding a contractor who stands behind his work!
