Michael was working on a house across the street from mine. Seeing me hesitating he inquired as to anything he could do. I informed him that I needed a light bulb replaced and couldn't remove the globe. He came over and looked at the globe; worked on it for approximately 15 minutes and finally was able to remove it (it had been jammed by the previous owner). Michael was friendly, and determined to resolve the problem. I will definitely use Hap Electric for any future work and would strongly recommend him for anyone needing electrical work.

After a mitigation inspection, our electrical box was found to have problems. I was under the gun to get this fixed so that I could obtain new homeowners insurance. I called HAP Electric and Michael began to solve our problem. He made time to get to us asap, totally communicating with us, reassuring worry wort me...He got to my house an hour early, fixed the problem in minutes, was able to take a debit card on site, took a picture for the insurance co. and emailed me the receipt and picture. Unbelievable service, Michael is an expert and it shows both in his work and his work ethic. We were blessed to have found him in Lehigh Acres, FL. Thank you again, Michael!
