By Katherine G.November 7, 2022Small laundry room$8,500
I hired him for a small laundry room 5x7 in July 2022. He promised to be finished with part of the project by the end of July. It is November now and he left me with a great big hole in the wall. Everything he does is wrong. When the workers ask for materials he either will not buy them because it is too much money or buy cast offs, crooked cast offs. He has left gaps between the wall and the ceiling and the walls and the floor up to 6 inches. He never finished the roof. It is going to snow soon and I am without a roof. All he does is keep asking for money and threatening me with "If you don't give me more money the job will take much longer." This is a business that is minus 1000. Do NOT give this man any of your money. He stole 5500 from me and never did even HALF of a small 5x7 laundry room that he started in July 2022. It is November. The nights are in the 30s and below. He left a great big gaping hole in the wall where all the elements can come in. There are also holes between the walls, floor, and ceiling up to 6 inch holes. He lost his draft of the project and kept asking for money for windows that he did not remember where on the drafting sheet. He constantly threatens me "If you don't give me more money this job will take longer." I can give more and more horror stories of this guy and his business. Too much to add. I am a 66 year old woman who he felt he could take advantage of and he did. STAY AWAY!

Saul Nevarez is a thief and a liar. We hired Happy Homes to build our garage a year ago and he still has not completed the job, it is only half done and he's been paid in full. He continues to lie to us with promises of coming next week. And still has the nerve to ask for more money and more work without completing what he has been paid to do. He has left a mess at our property, installed a man door incorrectly, it doesn't even close. Roof trim is missing end caps which is something so minor that he could've fixed easily but can't even do that. We have worked so hard to have our garage built and put all our hard earned savings into this project only to have this inexperienced liar steal it. Do not ever hire this thief. We have nothing good to say about this absolutely unprofessional kid.
