They build a foundation for me and a week after it finished 6 cracks appeared. The owner gave a bid at the beginning then the day before pouring said it was going to be 11% percent higher and he needed the money right now. Then one week after he said he needed another few thousand because it was more difficult than he though. So obviously they do not know how to estimate at all or they just try to get as much money out of you if they think they can.. I haven’t been able to figure out which one yet..
