Never use Harbor Home Design
If you are ever doing constructions and or need design work never ever ever use these people.
I hired them to do design work for us and gave them $2400 they said it’s going to be 3 weeks and after 3 months I had to fight to get my blueprints back. They never did the work and kept my money. Stay well clear of them.
