Hardcore/Gerald Perkins put our new home foundation in and after only 1 year after construction, our foundation is sinking and garage floor is cracking and sinking. We have spent in excess of 30K of our own $$ to repair. If you are thinking of hiring Hardcore Construction/Gerald Perkins, reconsider. His license has been suspended due to no bond but would have been suspended due to his lack of repairs to our home after being ordered to repair by the AZ Registrar of Contractors. Beware....this is not a contractor you want to hire.

I recently hire Hardcore to construct a garage slab at my home. Gerald, the owner worked with me on locating the building site and on schedule. He finished the work when he said he would. During the construction I asked to add a 10' x 40' apron along on side and 12' of new sidewalk. He also removed some exst concrete slab and structures, part of a wall and spread extra work and gravel, all for a fair price. He was easy and reasonable to work with. I've already recommended him to a friend.
