    This company has no respect for surrounding homeowners. They put a 6" pipe under the driveway with no silt fence and the first rain backed the corner up and flooded our yards. THEY RE-DID THIS 4 TIMES. Then they dug the side ditch between the homes and the dirt they pulled out they put right in front of the culvert and right in the drainage ditch again, twice. I watched them felt the roof then tear it off twice, installed the drip edge and tore it back off as well. I literally have never met a greater bunch of idiots in my life. Not to mention their workers are living at a halfway house where they park their truck every day. A halfway house that is ran by con-artists and drug users. Unbelievable!

    My experience with this builder was horrible. He built my home; there were numerous problems from the beginning. Customer service was terrible; he didn't answer my phone calls or attempts to reach out to him. Workmanship was very sloppy, product was inadequate, and they left me with a horrible situation in my yard that cost me thousands of dollars to correct. This builder does not honor the home warrantee, and just didn't care about producing a quality product. Buyer beware!!! Do not hire this builder!! He is not interested in quality construction or the customer, only slapping it up and moving on. He never called me personally to make sure I was satisfied at any point in time; did not take personal responsibility; when I began to complain about major construction flaws he turned his back on me!! Product and service are rock bottom, and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Do not hire this builder. If there was a star less than one, he would deserve it.

    Very knowledgeable builder. Price is very competitive with everything we wanted. The design and build process is very transparent so we knew front the very beginning what we were getting and for how much. Highly recommend!

    Our house turned out perfect. Everything down to the small details were managed wonderfully. Mark was a wonder to work with and his team explained the process in full all along the way. I wouldn't trust anyone else. His bid was higher than most but I believe his bid was also more accurate. We didn't want to find out later we would owe more money and Mark did our bid based on real quotes by the subs and actually visiting our lot. Our project ended under budget and Mark did his best all along the way to help us save time and money. We really felt that he was on our side. His sales gal walked us through every home choice and in the end we got the best flooring/colors/counters/cabinets/etc. for our home. We have recommended Harden to all of our friends wanting to build. Mark doesn't cut ANY corners. He explained our roofing, the paint he uses, the windows he uses - everything and we know we got the best built home possible. Thank you Harden!
