About Our Owner
Kelly has over 3 decades of construction experience in many aspects of the industry. He started working for his father around age 13 working weekends & summers in his mechanical contracting business installing plumbing, HVAC and electric. After his time in the military Kelly decided to work for other contractors in as many areas of construction as possible to include block brick & stone masonry,concrete foundations footings and slabs, finish and framing carpentry, ceramic tile & stone, granite countertop fabrication. Our owner & founder is not just a paper contractor, he has paid his dues in the industry many times over. Kelly's attention to detail and commitment to quality is what sets Hardman Homes above the competition.

    Kelly Hardman (Hardman Homes) did a HUGE exterior renovation on our home…siding, windows, roof, driveway, and built a big carport. He also did some inside reno - converted full bath to 1/2 bath and pantry and converted bonus room to master bedroom. It’s a much older home, so we were presented with more than a few “surprises” during construction. Kelly handled them all in stride. He was readily available through the whole process, prompt in returning our calls, and quick to resolve any issue that arose. We HIGHLY recommend Hardman Homes. Tell Kelly Rich and Carol sent you!!

    Kelly Hardman is building a home for us currently. We are building in a unique way, long distance, as we live out of state while our home is under construction. Our property is in a flood plain which requires our home to be built on pilings. Kelly broke ground on 5/1/23 and construction has progressed smoothly with an earlier than expected completion date. I could say we were lucky, or the subcontractors, suppliers, and weather were good, but the truth is Kelly’s planning and attention to detail is the reason. He has been available anytime to answer our numerous questions and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of our build. We feel very fortunate to have found Kelly Hardman and would highly recommend Hardman Homes for new home construction.
